On Fire DJ Don Diablo Made It to the DJ Mag Top 10

Anyone who has anything to do with electronic music is very well acquainted with the annual Top 100 DJs list the famous DJ Mag website for dance music releases. Hence, it is a great honor and satisfaction for any DJ to make the cut.

But it is an even greater achievement if the DJ right away makes the Top 10, as it was in the case of famous DJ Don Diablo. Don improved his position since last year and jumped up to the 7th place beating prominent DJs like Afrojack or Steve Aoki.

Even though it was no surprise that Don would rank quite high on the list, his position revamped especially thanks to his incredible dedication on creating and producing new music and non-stop touring over the past year.

His latest track Survive in collaboration with singer Emeli Sandé and rapper Gucci Mane has immediately hit the top charts and as soon as the song’s music video dropped on YouTube about a week ago, it has earned the top ranks.

Everything that Don produces and creates seems to naturally get the buzz. However, as a DJ Don came a long way since his early DJing beginnings, switching through different styles from hard house to EDM until settling in his unique and futuristic hybrid sound.

Don Diablo is originally a Dutch DJ and producer who began his career at an incredibly young age of fifteen after signing his first record deal. He is well-known for his high-quality sound combined with vocalizing in songs.

Don’s label gained an immense amount of recognition when he back in 2014 unveiled his Hexagon visual concept. The concept has ever since ‘stuck’ with him and Don features it in his shows as well as on record label and clothing merch.

His recently launched album ‘Future’ has been trending on top dance music charts for weeks now. The songs on the album are a clear depiction of his one-of-a-kind sound that he loves to accessorize with vocal featuring of strong and powerful artists. No wonder, that his American Future Tour immediately after release completely sold out.

Currently, Don is touring around Europe on his European Future Extension Tour from which all the raised funds will be donated to a Cancer Trust research charity. In the upcoming months, you will get the chance to see him in major European cities like Amsterdam, Prague, Bratislava or Düsseldorf.
