Are you an entrepreneur or an investor? Have you ever thought about investing in something that will multiply your investment a lot of times? If the answer to any of these two questions is YES, this article is for you. If the answer is NO, don’t leave yet, you can learn a lot about success from this interview.
Lucien Ndabagera – a successful and open-minded investor and entrepreneur who knows exactly what he’s doing. This man has started doing business when only 13 years old! I’m not going to spoil anything else though, you will get to know all of it in an interview we did with Lucien.
Q: You are a successful investor and entrepreneur, how big is Lund Group and in what fields are you making business?
Thank you, Lund Group consists of me and other hundreds of people indirectly. The big part of our business is to buy and rent some private jets, yachts, and supercars around the world.
Q: Your work must take you all the time to different places, do you love traveling? Which country do you like the most?
Yes, I love traveling! The last 12 months, I have already taken more than 124 flights. One of the best countries is UAE. I hate the cold weather so when it’s cold I move to the sun. That’s why for a few years now, I have spent my winter times in Dubai.
Q: Do you think to become a great investor one should study at a business school or do you think a man can learn the most in the field?
For me, you don’t need to study at a business school to become a great investor or an entrepreneur. I stopped my studies after I graduated high school when I was 18 years old. My first business was when I was 13 years old – I was selling candies and cans to my classmates and I made around 20€ profit per day. I stopped because I had so many clients that I was starting to get in trouble. I was selling more candies and sodas than the bakery across the street.
Q: What does your workday look alike?
Every day is different… When I open my MacBook or my WhatsApp on my phone, I check directly what will be the best new opportunities of the day for my business.
Q: What do you do in your free time? Do you have any hobbies?
In my free time, I enjoy being with my family and my friends. I love to dance and take pictures.
Q: What do you love about yachting the most? Did you sail somewhere interesting?
I love to show some new yachts to my clients or friends and see their first reactions, then start a party with some latino songs. I like to sail in the Balearic islands and I always meet interesting people when I go to Ibiza, Spain.
Q: You have a great taste in clothing. Is it just a part of an image, or do you love fashion?
Thank you. For me, the clothing is important because it’s what people see first. I like to wear different colors so when I walk with a salmon (pink) or blue electric suit, I know that people won’t forget me after that.
Q: How do you keep yourself in a good shape? Do you work out, or do you keep some kind of diet?
I don’t take too much time to work out but when I’m in Monaco I take the time to run almost every day, I have a good friend who motivates me.
Q: What is the proudest moment of your career so far?
The proudest moment of my career was when I gave to one of my clients (now it’s one of my best friends) a private jet for his new business and he multiplied his incomes by 10 times. We celebrated it last year in Dubai like crazy kids.
Q: Do you have any regrets or advice that you would give to your younger self?
No regrets, I’m grateful to all the people who said no to me, because of that I did it by myself. Everything comes to you at the right moment.
