SAG Awards: Actors who have won the awards

This year’s Screen Actors Guild Awards showed us and awarded a lot of great actors, actresses, movies and television series. Motion Picture Awards and also Television Awards were great to watch and the winners deserved it!

The award for an Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role went to Gary Oldman for his role (Winston Churchill) in a “Darkest Hour”, a British war drama. It’s not his first award for this role so that only proves how great he played it.

The same award but for the female actor was awarded to Frances McDormand for her role in a crime film “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri”. I must recommend this great film to you if you haven’t seen it already. Believe me when I say you’re going to like it a lot.

The awards for a Supporting Role have been given to Sam Rockwell and Allison Janney.

A TV series “Big Little Lies” and the actors of this series grabbed both awards for an Outstanding Performance in a Television Movie or Miniseries. The awards were given to Alexander Skarsgard and Nicole Kidman.

The Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series award was given to Sterling K. Brown for his role in “This Is Us” and by a female actor to Claire Foy for her role in “The Crown”.

The same but in comedy series was given to William H. Macy and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

The SAG Awards did its job perfectly. Congratulations to every winner and we already can’t wait for other awards!
