Prior to Paris Fashion Week Hermès had played with an idea of introducing new jewelry collection to its existing line of fashion jewelry. Designer Pierre Hary had a clear vision of exactly what Hermès lacked and that is how the Enchaînements Libres jewelry collection was born.
Hardy’s initial idea for the collection was quite simple, he wanted to create a really simple and basic line that would however still stand out when worn. The inspiration that struck him was a sequence of chains whether in life or performing arts. He then began to play with oval and rectangular shapes to transform the classic chain into new dynamics.
The collection was debuted during Paris Fashion Week in a choreographed dance performance led by choreographer Christian Rizzo. The luxurious collection should be soon enough available for sale inquiry.
