Mr. Spring is the name of the revolutionary application that represents a before and after in hotel customer service, and that is already implanted in the Hotel Vulcano, a 4-star establishment that has just been completely renovated in the south of Tenerife.
Spring Hotels is the first company in the world to implement a virtual butler, developed together with the Spanish technology Botdreams. It was born with the aim of reaching the client better, knowing and understanding him in order to offer him a service more in line with his needs and interests.
Available 24 hours a day, Mr. Spring communicates with customers by voice through the Google Home device installed in 154 rooms of Hotel Vulcano, and allows the customer to enjoy different types of functions: general hotel information and reservations services such as the SPA; music playback through Smart TV or domotic control of the room, which offers several types of environments.
In addition, the customer can make use of the standard features of Google, ranging from the alarm clock, weather information, translator or information such as: “Where is the nearest restaurant?” Or “How long it takes to get to Las Cañadas del Teide?”
