As it was announced back at the beginning of summer, Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood will feature an incredibly star-studded cast including A-list actors and Hollywood royalty like Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, Burt Reynolds, Dakota Fanning and also the Aussie starlet Margot Robbie.
Margot was cast to play a role of Sharon Tate, the modeling film star wife of Robert Polanski who was murdered in her own home by the Mason family clan back in 1969.
The movie plot is set into the time period of 1969 Los Angeles and pictures the former Hollywood Western movie star Rick Dalton, portrayed by Leonardo DiCaprio and his stunt double Brad Pitt as Cliff Booth and their reoccurring run-ins to Sharon Tate, played by Margot.
Up until now, we managed to only get a sneak peek of Leo and Brad in their roles’ attires. However, Margot herself has just now finally shared the first look of her Sharon Tate character to her Instagram page and we cannot get over how authentic she looks.
In her recent interview, Margot could not contain how excited she was about landing the role and especially in a Tarantino-directed motion picture.
“I want to see how he runs a set, and how he directs people, and what the vibe is onset, and what’s in the script, and then what happens on the day. I’m just fascinated by all of it, fascinated. So it’s going to be a crazy experience to witness it firsthand.”
Well, we must applaud, casting very well done! We hope the production will release the first trailer soon enough so that we can finally see the acting magic happening.
