Let’s begin!

“Personally, I can’t wait to see the 95.2m Kismet, which will be the largest superyacht on display at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show,” says David. Build in 2014 by Lürssen, the custom motor yacht features an interior designed by Reymond Langton Design and exterior by Espen Oeino. She can accommodate 12 guests across seven staterooms with a crew of up to 28. “I have to also proudly add that ex-Kismet, 68m Lürssen currently called Global was sold by Morley Yachts back in 2013,” says David.

Previously known under the name Project Shark, this iconic 90-meter Oceanco motor yacht Dar delivered earlier in 2018, was designed by Miami-based designer Luiz de Basto. She features an interior design from Nuvolari & Lenard, offering six staterooms for 12 guests. She can carry up to 31 crew members.

“There is also one “must see” for all sailing yacht lovers. I would highly encourage having a look at the 70-meter custom sail yacht built by well-known Italian yard Perini Navi. She was delivered in 2016 and the yard cooperated with PH Design and Phillipe Briand. Her six cabins are configured to include a Master, two VIP and three double cabins for up to 12 guests. She can also accommodate a crew of 11.

“Another yacht, which is very much on the top of my list is the 67-meter Feadship Anna I delivered in 2007. Anna I represents a unique opportunity and she shouldn’t be missed by any potential buyer seeking a top quality in this size range” says David. Michael Leach designed both the interior and exterior. She can accommodate 12 guests in six staterooms, who are tended to by a crew of 19. She is also available for charter through Morley Yachts.

“Support vessels are becoming very popular, since people like more and more toys during their holidays and it is not always easy to carry them all on your yacht due to limited space. Therefore, I would also highly recommend visiting the 55.5m Damen Yacht Support vessel offers 240 square-meter deck, which can fit around 300 people for your cocktail party. When the party is over, you can land your helicopter here, or use the space for your chase boat, or any other toys” explains David. “Power Play can accommodate 7 crew, 4 stuff (pilots, guides, security) plus 3 guest cabins for 6 guests.”

Monaco Yacht Show is not just about yachts, but also about helicopters, submarines, speed boats, jet skis or all the other toys linked to this beautiful lifestyle. For the 3rd year in a row the “Car Deck” will be also displaying a selection of ten most desirable cars in the world!

It’s also worth mentioning that the 50% of all the yachts exhibited at the show this year are less than 2 years old and the total assessed value of all the yachts in the show is expected to exceed 3,3 billion euros!
